Andrew Awni

Andrew Awni is an accomplished Software Engineer with a diverse background in developing applications and services that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Andrew's career includes tenures at Coformatique, where an identity-based authentication service was created, and AvidBeam Technologies, where a service facilitating integrations with a big data video analytics platform was built. In a brief stint at Facebook as an ABCS Fellow, Andrew honed skills in Algorithms and Data Structures through collaborative projects. Currently, at Meta, Andrew focuses on Privacy Infrastructure. Previous experience also includes designing automated workflows for medical institutions at Bot MD and engineering solutions to streamline vaccination scheduling. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with honors from Ain Shams University.
