Andrew Bausch

Andrew Bausch is a skilled quantitative researcher and data scientist with extensive experience in survey design, data analysis, and statistical modeling. As a Data Scientist at murmuration, Andrew focused on evaluating the effectiveness of electoral outreach through randomized control trials and developed decision-theoretic models for voter behavior. Currently at Meta, Andrew informs growth strategies using analytical methods, managing large datasets across multiple countries and teaching SQL and R to colleagues. Andrew also held a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Carnegie Mellon University, where research involved designing survey experiments, analyzing data from civil war contexts in Ukraine, and contributing to published academic work in political science. Andrew earned a PhD in Politics from New York University, a Master's from Villanova University, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Xavier University.
