Andrew Cleaves possesses extensive experience in security management, emergency planning, and operational excellence across both military and civilian sectors. Initially serving in the US Navy as a Physical Security Manager and Auxiliaries Division Officer, Andrew transitioned to the Department of Defense and served in various capacities, including Emergency Actions Watch Officer at USPACOM and Counter Drug Plans Officer at USSOUTHCOM. Subsequent roles include Federal Exercise and Training Planner at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Regional Crisis and Emergency Manager at the General Services Administration, where Andrew modernized business continuity plans. At Meta, Andrew held multiple positions, including Regional Physical Security Manager and Program Manager, overseeing vast security operations and managing significant budgets. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Science in Strategic Planning for Critical Infrastructures from the University of Washington.
