Andrew Sparry has an extensive career in assurance and security, beginning as a Value For Money Analyst and Auditor at the Audit Commission from October 1995 to June 2000. Following this, Andrew held various positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) from December 2011 to March 2017, culminating in the role of Head of UK&I and EMEA Assurance, focusing on the security and resilience of third-party service providers. In this capacity, Andrew ensured compliance with regulatory obligations. After a brief tenure as EMEA Regional Assurance Manager at RBS, Andrew transitioned to Capital One as Director of UK Cyber, leading third-party assurance and enterprise innovation. Currently serving as Head of Third Party Security Assurance at Meta since July 2022, Andrew continues to influence the field of security assurance.
