Andrew Ying

Andrew Ying has extensive experience in tax management and economic development analysis, beginning with a role as Tax Manager at Deloitte from June 2015 to January 2021, followed by a similar position at Grant Thornton LLP from February 2021 to October 2022. Currently, Andrew Ying serves as an Economic Development Analyst at Meta since November 2022. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science (M.S.) from San Diego State University.
