Andrew Young

Andrew Young is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology and business development sectors. As the Legal Director of Strategic Alliances at Meta since June 2021, Andrew has shaped legal strategy in complex partnerships. Previously, Andrew held the position of Legal Director for Commercial Transactions at Uber in 2019 and spent over 14 years at Google, where Andrew's roles included Director of Business Development for Hardware and Director of Legal. Notable achievements at Google encompassed leading legal efforts for products such as Android, Google Fiber, and Google TV. Andrew launched a successful career as an Associate Attorney at Heller Ehrman LLP and Gunderson Dettmer. Andrew holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
