Anibal R.

Anibal R. has a diverse background in research coordination and diversity initiatives, with experience from esteemed institutions such as Teachers College, Columbia University, and Penn State University. As a Research Lab Coordinator at Teachers College from September 2021 to August 2023, Anibal R. trained new employees, organized laboratory operations for efficiency, conducted data analysis with over 100 participants' data, and managed multiple projects under tight deadlines. During time at Penn State University, Anibal R. served as a Diversity Taskforce Officer, improving the psychology department's curriculum and enhancing student satisfaction. Additionally, in the role of Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Anibal R. developed community relationships and an educational plan focusing on DEI within the fraternity population, increasing participation and recognition of DEI initiatives.
