Ann Hester

Ann Hester has extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles across multiple companies. Ann began in human resources as an Employee Relations Generalist at Nextel Communications from October 1998 to October 2000. Following this, Ann served as a Human Resources Business Partner at ADP Claims Services Group and progressed to the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Audatex Holdings Inc. from April 2006 to December 2006, and again at Bare Escentuals from December 2006 to May 2011. Ann continued to develop expertise as an HR Business Partner at Bio-Rad Laboratories from November 2012 to January 2018, before taking on the position of Director, HRBP at Meta, starting in January 2018 and continuing to the present.
