Anna Vargo has extensive experience in compensation and total rewards, currently serving as Director of Executive and Equity Compensation at Meta since June 2018. Anna's tenure at IBM spanned from June 2008 to January 2016, where responsibilities included Global Compensation Program Manager and Global Talent Partner, focusing on end-to-end processes for employee compensation and strategic workforce planning. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.
