Anneke Buffone

Anneke Buffone, PhD, possesses a diverse background in research and counseling, with extensive experience in user experience and quantitative research. Currently serving as a UX Manager and UX Research Manager at Meta, Anneke previously held the position of Quantitative User Experience Researcher at Facebook. Anneke's earlier roles include Lead Research Scientist at the University of Pennsylvania's World Well-Being Project and Laboratory Manager at the University at Buffalo, where project management and training were key responsibilities. Other significant experiences include volunteering in suicide and crisis counseling and working with exchange students through organizations such as Deutsches Youth For Understanding and AIESEC. Anneke holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Psychology from the University at Buffalo and a Diplom in Social Science from Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen.
