Anouar L. has extensive experience in quality and reliability engineering, program management, and business leadership across several industries. Beginning a career as a Quality Assurance Intern at Monster and later serving as a Manufacturing Program Manager at John Deere, Anouar progressed to significant roles at Milwaukee Tool, including Director of Program Management where a top-tier team was built and sustainable systems for new product development were established. As Founder and President of Lazaar Dates Export and Import, Anouar led a successful startup that achieved a 600% revenue growth within the first year. Subsequently, Anouar held various leadership positions at Amazon, including Global Leader in Product Management for Supply Chain Optimization Technology and Customer Excellence initiatives, and currently serves as a Portfolio Leader at Meta. Additionally, Anouar founded CXOS, providing consulting on customer excellence operating systems. Anouar’s educational background includes a Master’s degree from George Mason University.
