Ariel Kwiatkowski

Ariel Kwiatkowski is an experienced AI researcher with a robust background in combining reinforcement learning (RL) and large language models (LLMs) to enhance human-in-the-loop artificial intelligence systems. At AI Redefined (AIR), Ariel contributed as an AI Researcher from October 2023 to August 2024 before the company's acquisition by Bentley Systems. Currently, Ariel serves as a Research Engineer at Meta, focusing on LLM reasoning through RL. Previous roles include Lead Developer at Farama Foundation, where Ariel maintained Gymnasium, and as an Early Stage Researcher at Institut Polytechnique de Paris. Ariel's academic credentials include a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from École Polytechnique, along with master's degrees in Autonomous Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and ICT Innovation with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from Aalto University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Warsaw.
