Arijit Mukherjee

Arijit Mukherjee is the Head of Global Workforce Solutions at Meta, having joined the company in February 2016 after serving as Manager of Product Management and Product Manager within the same division. Prior to Meta, Arijit spent nearly four years at AT&T as Manager of Network Operations, overseeing L2/L3 Cisco support for a 24/7 Service Desk. Arijit's earlier experience includes roles at Convergys where responsibilities included managing a team to support global contact centers and implementing operational strategies across multiple locations. Arijit also worked as an IT Consultant at LogicaCMG, where leadership involved transitioning client support to offshore teams. Arijit began a career in technical support at Digitronics, following a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Noteworthy achievements throughout this career include consistently exceeding customer satisfaction targets, reducing support costs, and earning multiple awards for quality and client appreciation.
