Aritro Biswas

Aritro Biswas is a skilled machine learning engineer with extensive experience in developing advanced object detection systems and innovative deep learning applications. Currently employed at Meta since April 2024, Aritro previously worked at Glacier, where object detectors were developed to differentiate non-recyclable contaminants from recyclable waste. Prior roles include researcher positions at Intrinsic and Vicarious AI, focusing on benchmarking object detector performance and enhancing robotic grasping accuracy. Aritro's background also includes developing chatbots at Oracle and conducting research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), culminating in a Master of Engineering in Computer Science.
