Arjun Majumdar

Arjun Majumdar is a doctoral student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, pursuing a PhD in Computer Science since August 2019, following a rich professional background that includes significant roles at various prestigious institutions. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Staff at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from October 2014 to August 2019, and multiple research internships at prominent organizations such as Facebook with Ross Girshick, Meta with Franziska Meier and Aravind Rajeswaran, Amazon with Jesse Thomason and Gaurav Sukhatme, and Google Robotics with Leo Guibas and Fei Xia. Arjun's earlier career involved a position as Fellow Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation from July 2007 to September 2014 and a research assistant role at the Construction Engineering Research Lab from May 2005 to May 2007. Arjun holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2001-2005) and a Master of Science in the same field from the same institution (2005-2007).
