Artem Durytskyy has extensive experience in software engineering and management, beginning with a role as a Teaching Assistant at Polytechnic Institute of New York University from June 2008 to May 2011, where oversight of a team of 71 TAs and student training in engineering software were key responsibilities. Following this, Artem served as a Senior Software Engineer at FactSet Research Systems from June 2011 to March 2018, focusing on high-performance market data feeds and optimizing in-house libraries. Later, from March 2018 to March 2021, Artem worked at Flatiron Health as a Senior Software Engineer and subsequently became a Staff Engineering Manager, developing clinician-centric workflows. Currently, since July 2025, Artem holds the position of Software Engineering Manager at Meta, leading the Interview Experience team to enhance recruitment workflows and deliver scalable software solutions. Artem holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University.
