Asher Zafar is an experienced data science and policy professional with a robust background in the public sector, technology, and academia. Asher has held positions at notable organizations such as Meta, where currently serves as Senior Staff Data Scientist, and has previously contributed as a Staff Data Scientist on Facebook News. Key experiences include roles at the Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship, where Asher led research on tech workers in Canada, and the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, where Asher conducted high-level policy analysis.
