Ashlyn B. has a diverse background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with experience spanning several prominent organizations. Beginning as an Account Development Representative at T-Mobile from October 2002 to December 2011, Ashlyn transitioned to roles in talent acquisition at IBM from 2012 to 2018, including a position as Lead Recruiter.
