Ashok Samtani has extensive experience in risk management and analytics, having worked in prominent financial institutions such as Wells Fargo, OCBC Bank, and United Overseas Bank Limited. At Wells Fargo from January 2003 to September 2007, Ashok served as AVP of Risk & Marketing Analytics and led the Enterprise Risk Appetite Program and Enterprise Crisis Program. Following this, Ashok held leadership roles in retail and wholesale banking risk at OCBC Bank until 2010 and served as Group SVP of Risk & Decision Management at UOB from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Ashok is the Enterprise Risk & Compliance Leader at Meta and is a board member of the Bay Area Ethics & Compliance Association. Ashok holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a double major in Asian Studies from the University of Michigan and an MBA from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
