Asma Ebadi

Asma Ebadi is an experienced professional in international relations and security studies with a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service. At the Foreign Service Institute, Asma served as a Subject Matter Expert, where over a year contributed to the development and presentation of over 25 pre-deployment courses focusing on security issues and human rights in Central-South Asia, effectively preparing more than 400 Foreign Service Officers and receiving exceptional feedback. Prior roles include Program Assistant and Research Analyst at the United States Institute of Peace, as well as an Undergraduate Scholar at Georgetown University's Center for Security Studies. Currently a Trust and Safety Specialist at Meta, Asma has also held various internships, including at the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs and served as an Editorial Assistant for the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs.
