Aspen Roberts

Aspen Roberts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and administrative management. At Facebook, Aspen served as the Recruiting Coordinator Lead, where Aspen built partnerships with client groups, streamlined candidate experiences, and managed a team of Recruiting Coordinators. Aspen also held the position of Head of Tech Pillar in the Administrative Specialist Program at Meta, overseeing a team of around 250 individuals and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Prior experiences include roles as Marketing and Communications Specialist at Latitude 38 Group, and Sales Associate at The Blues Jean Bar. Aspen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Francisco State University and an Associate of Arts from Cuesta College.
