Ayas Pani is an accomplished technology leader with a diverse background in software engineering and systems architecture. Co-founding Araali Networks and serving as Co-Founder/CTO, Ayas also held key positions at top companies including Facebook as Software Engineering Lead, Fungible Inc. as Lead Software Engineer, and Meta as Software Engineer since February 2025. With significant experience at Amazon Web Services as Principal Engineer leading technical architecture for Kinesis services, Ayas has honed expertise in building large-scale distributed systems focused on streaming technologies. Previous work includes technical roles at Cisco, Google, and Insieme, complemented by a strong educational foundation with a BS in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
