Previously, Ayis served as Head of Machine Learning at withco and Engineering Group Lead for Discovery & Insights at Trade Republic, contributing to wealth democratization through commission-free capital market access. Ayis has extensive experience in data science and engineering across various companies, including WeWork, Uber, Better Finance, and Hedge Fund Venture, where impactful contributions included building data science teams, developing analytics platforms, and enhancing product development through data-driven methodologies. Ayis holds a B.Sc. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
