Ben Bowe

Ben Bowe is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in data operations and product support within leading technology and healthcare companies. Currently serving as the Head of Scaled Data Operations at Meta since March 2020, Ben specializes in human review operations for Threads, emphasizing Trust & Safety insights and content moderation. Previous roles at Meta include leading a 50+ team to enhance Facebook and Instagram's recommendation systems and overseeing human review labeling operations for new Facebook features. Prior to Meta, Ben held significant positions at Welltok, Inc., where leadership in customer and product support operations streamlined application issue resolution and improved client satisfaction. Early in the career at St. Jude Medical, Ben contributed to quality testing and issue management for a web app and device launch. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
