Ben McCary

Ben McCary has a diverse professional background, beginning as a Clergy member at Washington Cathedral from August 2013 to June 2016, where responsibilities included pastoral care for teens and cross-cultural communication. Following this, Ben transitioned to Archbright as a Data Analyst focusing on Affirmative Action and later Business Intelligence, developing analytical tools and reporting solutions. Ben continued to enhance data science skills at Convoy Inc from February to September 2019, holding multiple roles including Sr. Data Scientist, and then moved to Roofstock as a Data Scientist, where responsibilities included developing vendor selection criteria and predictive models for strategic decision-making. Currently, Ben works at Meta as a Data Scientist, focusing on enhancing software developer productivity tools and AI agents. Ben holds a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministry from Northwest University.
