Ben Minsky

Ben Minsky has amassed significant experience in project and construction management across various organizations. Beginning as a Construction Intern at Investment Concepts, Inc., Ben then served as a Construction Project Engineer at AvalonBay Communities, where key projects included Avalon Dogpatch and Avalon Huntington Beach Lofts. Following this, Ben worked at Holland Partner Group as an Associate Project Manager and later as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing notable high-rise developments in Oakland, California. Most recently, Ben held the role of Deployment Project Manager and then Regional Program Manager for Technology Deployment at Meta, managing technology integrations and deployments across the Pacific Northwest and Bay Area. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Chapman University.
