Ben Nielsen has progressive experience in facility management and HVAC technology, beginning as an HVAC Technician at BYU from February 2014 to June 2019. Following this role, Ben served as a Critical Facility Engineer at Facebook from June 2019 until November 2021, before advancing to the position of Critical Facility Manager at Meta from November 2021 to August 2023. Currently, Ben holds the title of Critical Operations Manager at Meta since April 2023. Additionally, Ben has an academic background with an Associate's degree in General Studies from Utah Valley University, completed between 2014 and 2015.
