Ben Passmore

Ben Passmore is a seasoned professional in employee benefits management, currently serving as the Life@ Benefits Operations Program Manager for EMEA at Meta since September 2020. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Senior Benefits Analyst for EMEA at Electronic Arts from May 2018 to September 2020. Ben began a career in employee benefits as an International Employee Benefits Consultant at Mackenzie Taylor Benefit Consultants from September 2014 to April 2017, and previously gained experience as a Private Client/Corporate Administrator at PwC from October 2012 to September 2014. Ben's foundational education was completed at Tettenhall College from 2002 to 2010.
