Benjamin Hadden

Senior Quantitative UX Researcher

Benjamin Hadden is a skilled researcher and academic with extensive experience in social psychology and quantitative UX research. Hadden began a research career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware and progressed to a Postbaccalaureate Research Assistant at the University of Mississippi. Following this, Hadden served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Houston and later as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Purdue University, focusing on relationship dynamics and motivation. Hadden contributed to the Personal Relationships journal as an Editorial Board Member, evaluating research quality and making publication recommendations. Hadden's academic career continued as an Assistant Professor at Florida Atlantic University, leading interdisciplinary research projects on interpersonal relationships. Currently, Hadden is a Senior Quantitative UX Researcher at Meta, conducting ecosystem-level research to inform product strategy. Hadden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Delaware and both a Master of Arts and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Houston.
