Benoit Knaff is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, business analysis, and customer success across various financial and technology sectors. Benoit's career includes roles as Project Manager at BNP Paribas Fortis and Fortis, where project leadership involved financial accounting integration and the implementation of transaction reconciliation systems. As a Founding Partner at 4xLabs and in subsequent positions with Crédit Agricole CIB and Nanigans, Benoit demonstrated expertise in IT team leadership, payment systems, and customer support across EMEA and APAC regions. Currently serving as Customer Solution Manager for Travel at Meta, Benoit holds a Master of Business Administration from Université catholique de Louvain and has furthered education with international exposure at Yonsei University.
