Berni Moestafa

Berni Moestafa is an experienced public policy and government relations professional currently serving as the Head of Public Policy for Indonesia at Meta since February 2024. Prior to this role, Berni held the position of Vice President of Public Policy and Government Relations at GoTo Group from February 2020 to February 2024. Berni's career includes serving as Deputy Managing Director at BowerGroupAsia, where responsibilities included co-leading efforts to assist multinational corporations navigating Indonesia's complex market. Previous experience includes significant roles in journalism at Bloomberg as Deputy Bureau Chief covering critical market news and at Xinhua Finance as a reporter focused on financial markets and economic policies. Berni began a career in journalism at The Jakarta Post, covering high-level government affairs and managing news content. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Liberal Studies from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universitas Gunadarma.
