Beth Cava

Beth Cava (Bowman), PE, is a seasoned professional with a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in project management within construction and design environments. Beginning as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Garmin International, Beth contributed to innovative design projects before advancing to roles at Burns & McDonnell, including Mechanical Design Engineer and Assistant Construction Manager, where oversight of the LaGuardia Airport Reconfiguration Project was pivotal. Subsequently, Beth honed improvisational skills at The KC Improv Company, North Coast Hip Hop Improv LLC, and The Magnet Theater. Currently serving as a Preconstruction Manager and Construction Manager at Meta, Beth continues to leverage engineering expertise in leadership positions across various projects. Beth's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, complemented by roles in fluid mechanics grading and residential assistance.
