Beth McKinstry

Beth McKinstry has extensive experience in sales and management across various companies in the technology and distribution sectors. Most recently, Beth serves as the Distribution Manager for North America at Meta's Reality Labs, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Beth spent time at D&H Distributing from October 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Director of Consumer Sales for the West Region and Director of Consumer Sales for the Central Region. Beth's earlier career also includes positions at HP, where roles encompassed Channel Development Manager, Account Manager, and District Sales Manager, as well as a tenure at MarketSource as a Territory Sales Manager from January 2004 to May 2005.
