Bihua Wei

Bihua Wei has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, currently serving as Manager of Strategic Sourcing at Meta since April 2022. Previous roles include Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager at Facebook from March 2019 to March 2022 and Global Supply Manager at Apple from July 2015 to March 2019. Bihua's background with Cummins Inc. includes positions as Six Sigma Black Belt, Product Manager for Heavy Duty Engine, System Engineer for Vehicle Integration, and Current Product Quality Leader for Medium Duty Engine between January 2010 and December 2011, as well as Project Leader for Vehicle Fuel Economy from July 2007 to December 2009. Bihua Wei holds a Bachelor’s degree in Thermal Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa, and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
