Bill Westerman

Bill Westerman is a Senior UX Researcher at Meta Reality Labs, specializing in future VR/MR products, Horizon OS evolution, and user strategy since July 2020. Prior to this role, Bill co-founded Create with Context, a design strategy consultancy serving prominent clients such as Adobe and Nike from August 2005 to July 2020. Experience also includes serving as a Product Strategist at eBay focused on global mobile platform strategy, and as Director at Accenture Technology Labs, where Bill led a Silicon Valley R&D team. Early career included a role as Director of Integrated Strategy at Sapient, guiding clients in adopting emerging technologies. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
