Bob Luton

Bob Luton is an experienced leader in learning and development, currently serving as a Leader Development Learning Designer at Meta since May 2025, where innovative learning experiences for directors and VPs are developed. Previously, Bob held the position of Director of People Development at Lyft, leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and career progression from August 2023 to April 2025. Bob's extensive background at Meta includes directing leadership development strategies and onboarding programs for executives and a global workforce, as well as roles at Microsoft focusing on learning and development consulting, global onboarding, and analysis-led training solutions. Earlier experiences include consultancy at Intrepid Learning Solutions, leadership development roles at Washington Mutual, and teaching at Bellevue School District. Bob holds a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Washington.
