Boris Schauerte

Boris Schauerte is an experienced professional in data engineering, machine learning, and computer vision, with a diverse background spanning academia and industry. Boris began a career as a Freelance Author at Linux Magazine, focusing on cybersecurity, and progressed through various significant roles, including leadership positions at BMW Group, where responsibilities encompassed autonomous driving technology and data-driven development tools. Additional contributions include co-founding Eyezag, which developed innovative eye-tracking solutions, and serving as a visiting researcher at institutions like the University of Southern California and Newcastle University, focusing on audio-visual perception and human-robot interaction.
