Boris Sotnikov

Boris Sotnikov has a diverse professional background that includes roles in strategic partnership coordination and employee experience at MJH Life Sciences™ and Meta, respectively. At Meta, Boris focuses on enhancing employee engagement and community building while implementing a culture-building pilot program for a large workforce. Prior to this, Boris served as a Key Account Manager at Lifeline RX Pharmacy, where responsibilities included maintaining key accounts and establishing relationships with healthcare providers. As a co-founder of KraftyLab, Boris developed successful marketing strategies and managed event logistics, driving significant social media growth. Boris holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Rutgers Business School and a BS in Genetics with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
