Brad Mast is an experienced professional in quality engineering and management, with a robust background in various leadership roles across prominent technology companies. Beginning with a foundational role as a Nuclear Engineer in the U.S. Navy, Brad transitioned to positions at Apple as a Sr. Product Quality Manager for the iPad, followed by a tenure at Google as the Head of Product Quality and Service for Consumer Hardware. After working as an RMA Manager and Product Engineer at Ciena, and serving as a Sr. Quality Engineer at Sanmina-SCI, Brad advanced to Facebook, where Brad held the position of Director of Quality at Facebook Reality Labs from May 2017 to October 2021. Currently, Brad serves as the Director of Quality at Meta's Reality Labs.
