Brandon Burroughs

Brandon Burroughs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science and technology. Burroughs began the career as a Student Worker at the Center for Instructional Technology and then progressed to roles including CCI Printing Manager and Data Analyst at UNC Information Technology Services. Notable positions at Capital One include Data Science Manager, Senior Data Scientist, and Principal Data Scientist, focusing on natural language processing and machine learning. Currently serving as a Machine Learning Engineer at Meta, Burroughs also contributed as a Data Science Instructor at General Assembly and held roles at Clarabridge as a Graduate Technology Intern and Associate Product Manager. Burroughs holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Statistics and Finance, both from Louisiana Tech University, and a Master's degree in Statistics from UNC Chapel Hill.
