Brandon Ploch has a diverse background in technical recruiting and sourcing, with a career spanning over a decade in various roles. Brandon began as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2005 to 2008 and transitioned into technical recruiting with positions at Technisource and Andiamo! Group in 2011 and early 2013. Following this, Brandon worked at Adecco Staffing, USA, before joining Meta in 2016, initially as a Technical Sourcer and later as a Technical Recruiter.
