Brendan Read

Brendan Read is a User Experience Researcher at Meta since August 2020, with previous experience as a Survey Consultant at SAGE Publishing and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Essex. Brendan's role at SAGE involved designing and programming surveys focused on user experience and customer needs, along with producing insightful reports for further development of the SAGE Campus platform. At the University of Essex, Brendan contributed as a seminar teacher and held research positions, including Research Officer roles focusing on data preparation and survey design for the Understanding Society initiative. Brendan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Survey Methodology from the University of Essex, completed in 2020.
