Brian Reel is a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Brian served as Compensation and Benefits Manager and Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from August 2015 to November 2017. Prior to that, Brian held the position of Property Manager at Carolina Properties from June 2003 to May 2011, where responsibilities included rent collection, tenant relations, and property maintenance. Since 2023, Brian has been the Director of Compensation, Infrastructure at Meta, after progressing from Compensation Manager at Meta from August 2020 to March 2023, and serving as Manager of Compensation Strategies at Deloitte Consulting from November 2017 to August 2020.
