Brooke Carter

Intelligence Manager - Global Response Ops

Brooke Carter has extensive experience in both military aviation and user experience research. Initially serving in the United States Air Force from October 2012 to September 2013, Brooke commanded numerous aerial reconnaissance missions as an MC-12 Pilot and held various leadership roles. Transitioning to the private sector, Brooke worked at Medtronic as a Senior Human Factors Design Engineer and later as a Sr UX Researcher at Meta, focusing on qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, particularly within virtual reality and human factors design. Currently, Brooke serves as an Intelligence Manager in Global Response Operations at Meta. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and advanced studies in psychology and human factors engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
