Bruno Caputo currently serves as the People Service Intake and Transformation Lead at Meta since September 2025 and is a member of Supra, an exclusive network for high-caliber Product leaders, since March 2025. Prior to these roles, Bruno held various positions at NEXT Energy Technologies from 2011 to September 2025, including Director of Product and Director of Large Area Coating Technology, as well as Engineer/Engineering Manager. Bruno was also a Katherine Harvey Fellow at Leading From Within from January 2017 to June 2018, focusing on community leadership development in Santa Barbara County. Bruno's educational background includes an MS in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara, obtained from 2009 to 2011, where functions included Graduate Student Researcher under the mentorship of Nobel Laureate Alan J. Heeger, alongside a BS in Physics from James Madison University completed from 2005 to 2009.
