Caitlin Sweet

Caitlin Sweet is an accomplished engineering professional with diverse experience in mechanical and technical program management. Caitlin began a career as a Production Intern at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where data analysis and production tracking were key responsibilities. Subsequent roles included a Mechanical Engineer at L3Harris Technologies, focusing on the design and testing of tooling assemblies for aerospace applications, followed by a Technical Program Manager position at Apple and currently at Meta, where strategic program management skills are employed. Caitlin's early work at Northrop Grumman involved enhancing safety and streamlining processes for wire harnesses. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a Regents Diploma with Honors from Eleanor Roosevelt High School.
