Caleb Tay

Caleb Tay has a diverse professional background with experience in education, medical training, and intelligence analysis. From September 2016 to August 2019, Caleb served as a Simulated Patient at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and a Standardized Patient at both Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Duke-NUS Medical School, where responsibilities included developing clinical communication skills for medical professionals through role-playing and feedback. Additionally, Caleb has experience in the Singapore Armed Forces as a Combat Medic, providing medical coverage and education within the Battalion. Since September 2019, Caleb has worked at Meta as an Open Source Intelligence Specialist, leading a team in intelligence analysis to support global security efforts across the Asia-Pacific region. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Strategic Studies from RSIS, a BSc in International Relations from the University of London, and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Temasek Polytechnic.
