Carlos Armas is an experienced professional in performance and capacity management with a robust background in the tech and finance sectors. Previous experience includes a VP role at Bank of America, leading a global performance test team for online banking services accessed by over 30 million customers, and positions at Accenture and Morgan Stanley focused on performance testing and capacity planning for client-facing applications.
