Carlos Armas

Carlos Armas is an experienced professional in performance and capacity management with a robust background in the tech and finance sectors. Currently serving as a PM in Infrastructure Capacity Management at Meta, Carlos oversees a significant 13 MW infrastructure footprint across four business units while aligning long-term business demand with capacity planning. Previous experience includes a VP role at Bank of America, leading a global performance test team for online banking services accessed by over 30 million customers, and positions at Accenture and Morgan Stanley focused on performance testing and capacity planning for client-facing applications. Carlos began a career in IT as a Windows Systems Administrator intern at Ryder System, Inc. and holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Florida International University.
