Carmen Lassance is an experienced recruiting professional with a diverse background in university recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as the Emerging Talent Recruiting Manager for APAC at Meta since May 2021, Carmen has previously held roles at Facebook from July 2019 to April 2020, including University Recruiting Lead for both Software Engineer & IES and GPS EMEA.
