Carol Tully is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational culture and change management. Currently serving as the Global Culture Strategy & Events Leader and Ireland Site Lead at Meta since October 2019, Carol develops and implements the Meta Ireland Strategy while overseeing operations and enhancing employee experience.
